Ginett will be serving up a Lunar New Year-inspired French menu. Paying homage to the festivities through incorporating auspicious ingredients with French techniques, this promotional menu will be available exclusively for dinner from 18th January 2021 – 28 February 2021.
Five a la carte dishes will be available, ranging from a light and refreshing starter to hearty mains – there’s something for every palate to celebrate the Lunar New Year – Hamachi Carpaccio served “Yu Sheng” Style ($26++), Burgaud Challans Duck ($30++), Crispy Suckling Pig ($32++), Grilled Lobster Tagliolini ($38++) and Pineapple Tarte Tatin ($15++).

Anglo-Chinese concept restaurant, Chopsuey Cafe, has three exclusive menus for the Lunar New Year season, featuring a modern rendition of traditional Chinese dishes.
From 29 January to 26 February, diners can look forward to enjoying Chopsuey’s Lucky Lunar ‘Lo Hei’ — a wholesome variation of Yusheng with ingredients like trout, kale, celeriac, sprouts, red radish, blueberries and wild rice — amongst other festive favourites with a contemporary spin.
Expect scrumptious starters like the Chopsuey Oyster Shooters, before moving onto heartier mains such as the Charsiu Kurobuta Belly, or even their Luxury Melting Beef Cheek for bigger groups. Finally, conclude your festive celebrations with a comforting bowl of Hot Ginger Dumpling Tea to evoke time-honoured Chinese traditions together.

Jekyll & Hyde has a special Chinese New Year takeaway menu available from 25 January to 26 February. In the spirit of its name, Jekyll & Hyde transforms traditional dishes through its creativity and the use of unexpected ingredients.

Toss your way into a prosperous Chinese New Year with the Jekyll Prosciutto di Parma Yusheng (S$68+ for small, $98+ for large). This contemporary take on yusheng combines the iconic Italian ham with Kurobuta shaved ham as its centerpiece. The dish is served with traditionally prepared vegetables, crispy pork floss and classic minced pork bak kwa.
The Hyde Sea Treasure Yusheng ($58+ for small, $88+ for large) comes with mini abalone, ikura, smoked salmon, and grilled unagi. Chinese New Year is not complete without feasting on a generous Blooming Garden Poon Choy ($268+, good for 5 pax).
Traditionalists will appreciate Jekyll & Hyde’s succulent Huat Pork Hock ($38+) and Jekyll’s 8 Treasures Glutinous Rice ($38+).

The Bak Kwa OF (dine in: $22+, takeaway: $39 nett good for two) incorporates the irresistible flavours of traditional sliced barbecued pork. It is made with caramel miso, homemade spiced bitters and butter bak kwa washed bourbon.
For a more refreshing alternative, the gin-based Mandarin Gallery (dine in: $22+, takeaway: $39 nett good for two) has vibrant flavours of mandarin honey and orange bitters – the perfect drink to welcome a year of prosperity and good health with.
