With the summertime heat rolling in, I will extremely substantially be firing up the grill for these epic pineapple rooster thighs all time long. So juicy and tender, these bad boys are complemented by charred pineapple rounds (that you can throw on the grill the last few minutes of cooking the rooster), giving you that best mixture of sweet and savory.

Really do not have a grill? Not to be concerned. These get the job done fantastically on a solid iron grill pan way too.

TERIYAKI SAUCE

You can use any retail outlet-acquired brand name you choose but my personal favored is Soy Vay Marinade & Sauce, Veri Veri Teriyaki.

MARINADE

I hugely recommend remaining inside of the 2-4 hour range. Any for a longer period and it may possibly get far too salty (with a odd texture).

LEFTOVERS

Not confident if you are going to have any but if you do, the leftovers make for even far better pineapple rooster fried rice.
