THE new proprietors of a pizzeria have vowed ‘to go back again to basics’ by giving traditional Italian woodfired pizzas.
Gary Perkins and Jamie Evans took above Eddie’s Wood Fired Pizza on Borough Highway at the commencing of January.
The pizzeria served regular pizzas but in current several years moved into Spitfire athletics bar but the duo are keen to return to the outdated ethos of Eddies which was named after Ervardo Salza which opened on 2016.
