MI SU Street Food’s ‘eclectic and fun’ Mexican fusion menu debuts downtown

MI SU Street Foodstuff doesn’t literally have tortillas for tires, but owners Alden and Hylene Garcia build a lot of their out-of-the-box, Mexican-style menu items all-around their genuine, home made tortillas. 

“We realized fresh tortillas was anything lacking in Pensacola,” Alden Garcia reported. “Our LLC name is practically ‘One Taco At A Time,’ so we are hoping to preserve 1 taco on the menu at all moments. And we’ll have a breakfast taco on it daily, way too.” 

Alden Garcia stated some of his recipes are fusion-style while other people are so off-the-wall that he can not even genuinely categorize them.

“I signify, I’ll put chorizo on a burger, that’s one of them. We are performing a ‘Huevo Roll,’ which is our take on an egg roll,” Garcia went on. “It’s chorizo, cabbage and peppers stuffed into one of our new tortillas and built with our homemade duck sauce. We fairly much make everything from scratch.” 

Any MI SU food that won’t revolve about the mobile truck’s very own tortillas is normally anchored by the buns and bread from Craft Connoisseur Bakery. 

MI SU options to shell out a good deal of time constructing its brand in Pensacola as a food items truck, but Garcia reported the long-expression system is to eventually open a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the city. 

“We want to develop ourselves up, experience out the pandemic and introduce ourselves to the community very first,” Garcia claimed. “So (a restaurant) will be way down the line.” 

The new truck is positioned directly behind Salon San Carlos, which is just subsequent door to Kalbi Ichiban.
