  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon diced roasted green chiles (from a 4-ounce can)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 lbs floor beef
  • 1/2 cup all-function flour
