Hill Town kicks off New 12 months with a Chili Cook Off

HILL City, S.D. — One way to remedy a cold snap is with a very hot bowl of chili.

Hill City is web hosting the Breakin’ the Wintertime Blues Chili Cook Off on Saturday, January 16.

Participating firms on Most important Road will have a sign up indicating their participation in the prepare dinner off. They will be competing for bragging legal rights for the greatest white, crimson and other chili classes.

From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., people can sample (for free of charge) a lot more than 15 pots of chili and vote for their preferred.
