How to Make Twice Baked Potatoes
These potatoes are super easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Prick potatoes all over with a fork. Place the potatoes in a preheated oven and bake until fork tender. Once the potatoes are cool enough to handle, slice them in half. Scoop out the pulp and leave a thin shell inside the potato skins. In a large mixing bowl, stir together potato, butter, sour cream french onion dip, french fried onions, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spoon the mashed potato mixture into the potato shells. Sprinkle with extra french fried onions and bake. Garnish the potatoes with chives, green onion, or parsley.
