The Business Centre, 1922 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Travel, is giving a free cooking demonstration and tasting month to month as part of a collaboration in between its group yard and the chefs of its shared-use kitchen.

For each individual session, one of the shared-use kitchen’s cooks will aim on a certain food, such as tomatoes or greens, and show two or three strategies to put together the foods.
