The cafe on the resort’s replica of St. Mark’s Sq. normally takes its title from the Brera community in Milan, Italy. The restaurant programs to serve dishes these kinds of as a braised pork shank, cacio e pepe, and lamb chops.
The duo already has Brera Ristorante in Downtown Los Angeles, wherever the late Jonathan Gold, previous food critic at the Los Angeles Periods, advised the farinata, a crepe that’s both of those tender and crunchy, to go with a Negroni.

Brera Osteria also plans to supply a satisfied hour, dubbed aperitivo hour, together with a total bar.
Sixth + Mill opened in 2019 with dishes from six Southern Italian areas, together with fare Auriana remembers from his childhood. The menu delivers pizzas with pink or white sauces, pastas using challenging durum wheat or egg-primarily based, fritters, and larger entrees.
The Venetian says that the transition from Sixth + Mill to Brera Osteria will not disrupt functions, and an opening date for Brera will occur soon.
